  My husband and son were turned away and were told that they always come late. They were in the building well before closing, at least and hour before. Then the Assistant Manager couldn't even handle a complaint over the phone and just to hang up on me when I had asked to speak to the owner. We all try to make time to do the simple things in life, even as small as a hair cut. But to be treated that way and not even asked to see another barber to someone is too BUSY did not cross ones mind. I also work in a customer service business and would never turn some away due to inconvenience.
